Q Should i store my chocolates in the fridge?
Ideally store in a cool dark place, if you do store in fridge please bring back to room temperature before enjoying them, they should be "melt in the mouth"
Q How long will they keep ?
All of our Chocolate bonbons boxes have a Best Before Date of 2-4 weeks ( if they last that long) after this some of the quality may start to deteriorate. All of our chocolate products have ingredient and "best before dates" labels.
Q What Allergens are in the chocolates?
All allergen information can be found on the product label and are listed within product descriptions.
Q Is it Fair Trade chocolate ?
Even better! Our chocolate comes from two companies- Valhrona, a chocolate manufacturer who work closely with farmers to ensure they are paid high prices for their cacao. They are also a B-Corp rated company.
Callebaut who are part of the Cocoa Horizons Project, who work with the farmers ensuring high price for their cacao and elevating them from farmers to cacao craftsmen.
Q How long is delivery?
We advise 1-2 working days from dispatch date. All orders will be dispatched weekdays Mon-Thurs using Royal Mail 24hour tracked service.
Q What does a "pre order "item mean?
Any of the products that are available to pre- order are made to order and not "in stock" A dispatch week is written within the product description.
Q If I buy "Pre-Order" and "In stock" item together, will my order be shipped separately?
No. If you want to get an "In Stock" item soon, please make payment separately.
